Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available or the job cannot proceed due to incorrect information, safety concerns, or site conditions not disclosed in advance, a call-out fee may apply.
GoHandy takes care to complete all work professionally and tidily. However, GoHandy is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden issues, or problems arising from materials or structures outside reasonable inspection.
Payments are due as agreed once work is completed. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed in advance. Any refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling are handled in line with GoHandy’s Cancellation Policy.
GoHandy is not liable for delays or failure to complete work due to events beyond reasonable control, including weather, access issues, supplier delays, or unforeseen site conditions.
