If a cancellation is made within 12 hours of the booking, or if GoHandy arrives and the job cannot proceed due to lack of access, incorrect information, or undisclosed safety issues, a call-out fee may apply to cover time and travel.
If payment was made in advance and the booking is cancelled in time, or the job cannot go ahead for a valid reason, a refund will be issued, minus any applicable fees. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days.
